Dear Ms. Cosenzi,
I would like to acknowledge the exceptional assistance that I have received from your Service Consultant at Patriot Pontiac, Buick, GMC. No matter how involved or detailed my service issue had been Service Consultant has taken the time to listen, understand, and work to correct the problem in a timely fashion.
On the occaions that my GMC truck has been in for service it has always been repaired to my satisfaction the first time and on the agreed upton time, a credit to the service consultant and service technicians at Patriot.
